"Dear Lesbian" is comprised of songs written by Wendy entirely during the pandemic. Wendy and Caroline had never played together as a band before, but began breaking up days with band practice that naturally progressed into discovering that they had an album's worth of songs. They recorded everything through a laptop microphone in a small bedroom that features ambient noise from the heating vent.
